The library of the Nantes Saint-Nazaire School of Fine Arts offers a very rich documentation on art, constituting the main collection of modern and contemporary art in the region. Most of the major French and international art magazines complete this indispensable tool for the constitution of artistic references for students, teachers and art lovers.

The library is open to the public from Monday to Friday (9h30-13h and 14h-18h).
Due to current events, the vaccination pass is required at the entrance.
A book return box is available outside the building, near the Askip café.

Our services
The library offers a workroom with 60 seats, individual reading spaces and a small group workroom (20 people maximum).
- Loan: 15 documents for 4 weeks
- 2 consultation stations for the catalog
- 3 Mac workstations and a scanner reserved for the school's students
- 1 copier (A3 and A4 / 0,10€ per copy)
- Wifi access
- Monitoring of local, regional, national and international artistic and cultural news
- Des Online databases such as BSAD, Art Architecture Complete (access restricted to Nantes Fine Arts students).
- An online "Materials" database allows students to research the materials used by today's artists (restricted access)
- On-site consultation of the dissertations of D.N.S.E.P. graduates from the Nantes Fine Arts School
