- Sheffer Gallery 38 Lander Street, Darlington Sydney, Australie.

This exhibition has been organised by a group of scholars, architects and artists from the UNSW Interior Architecture department (Samantha Donnelly, Dr Laurence Kimmel) and Sydney University’s Faculty of Architecture (Professor Michael Tawa and Vesna Trobec).

Based on the idea of SHIFT and DRIFT, a selection of drawings, paintings, videos and texts will be on display in the gallery space. All works will consider architecture in cinema or the architecture of cinema, and in particular will relate to two main movies: The Conformist by Bernardo Bertolucci and Werckmeister Harmonies by Béla Tarr.

Along with contributions from UNSW and Sydney University, the exhibition includes works from French artists exploring the links between architecture and cinema: Géraldine Trubert, Marie Reinert and Claire-Jeanne Jézéquel.
