Going on exchange or coming to study in Nantes or Saint-Nazaire

Programmes

The international dimension is at the heart of the École des Beaux-Arts Nantes Saint-Nazaire, which welcomes students of various nationalities and encourages its students to go abroad throughout their studies. In 2021, 29% of the school's students will be international.

In addition, many foreign speakers (artists and professionals) are invited to lead classes and workshops throughout the year.

Join Beaux-Arts International

Since 2015, the school has been offering training programs adapted to international students under the name Beaux-Arts International.

These programs include a personalized welcome (visa procedures, housing, banking, etc.), a reinforced learning of the French language as well as a refresher course in art or design. The courses are taught by a team of international artists and professionals with a strong intercultural sensitivity.
Students continue their studies at the Nantes Saint-Nazaire School of Fine Arts or go on to other art or design schools.

Study mobilities

to come on exchange or go abroad

Students from our partner institutions can apply to their institution to come to the École des Beaux-Arts Nantes Saint-Nazaire for one or two semesters of academic exchange.
Students from the school can go to one of these institutions.

Our school thus encourages international mobility, thanks to various mobility and funding schemes (Erasmus +, Envoléo, Ofaj and school scholarships).

In 2021, the school has 36 partnership agreements with partner institutions of higher artistic education in 22 countries. Students can go to one of these partner destinations for one or two semesters of study.
