Study mobilities
to come on exchange or go abroad
Our school thus encourages international mobility, thanks to various mobility and funding schemes (Erasmus +, Envoléo, Ofaj and school scholarships).
In 2021, the school has 36 partnership agreements with partner institutions of higher artistic education in 22 countries. Students can go to one of these partner destinations for one or two semesters of study.
Numerous short and medium-term educational stays are offered to students. Destination: our international campuses: Marfa (USA), Asia (South Korea) and Dakar (Senegal).
These research sites are above all platforms for debate, research and production that engage students, artists and researchers in multiform exchanges.
Fieldwork Marfa
In 2019, the school founds Fieldwork Marfa Consortium, a network of 9 art schools engaged in joint educational and research projects in Marfa, Texas.
This consortium brings together three North American institutions: CalArts, California Institute of the Arts, USA; University of Houston, Texas, USA and Concordia University, Montreal, Canada;
two European institutions Glasgow School of Art, UK and HEAD - Geneva, Switzerland;
four French institutions Beaux-Arts de Paris, Atelier de Sèvres, Beaux-Arts Nantes Saint-Nazaire and Université de Nantes.
The Beaux-Arts de Nantes Saint-Nazaire is also an active member of the ELIA network (European League of Institutes of the Arts) which brings together 250 art schools in 41 countries (mainly in Europe). ELIA regularly co-organizes events in the form of colloquiums or conferences.
Erasmus +
The Beaux-Arts de Nantes Saint-Nazaire is a signatory of the Erasmus+ Charter and participates in the Erasmus+ program which supports the mobility of students, teachers and staff in higher education in Europe.
